Doxapply exists because we saw a gap in the market that nobody seemed interested in closing. The privileging software industry is dominated by enterprise platforms built for large hospital networks with dozens of committee members, and full-time IT departments. These platforms work well for their intended audience, but they are a poor fit for the thousands of small hospitals, community clinics, and physician-founded practices that face the same regulatory requirements with a fraction of the resources.
We built DoxApply specifically for these facilities. Not by stripping down an enterprise product until it was affordable, but by starting from scratch with a clear design principle: make privileging manageable for a facility where the skeletal staff handles medical staff services alongside five other responsibilities.
Our focus is intentional. We understand the complexities of privileging for small facilities: lean staffing, tight budgets, regulatory pressure from CMS and Joint Commission, and the constant challenge of staying compliant while doing the work of many people. By specializing in this segment, we build deeper expertise and deliver a better product than any one-size-fits-all enterprise platform.
